Covid-19 Proc FAQs
Are you open for business?
The shop at this time is opened for "appointment only" sessions. No walk-ins. Please call (512-736-7840 to book an appointment.
Are there any client restrictions?
- Client must past Covid-19 Screening Questionnaire. See below.
- Client must wear face mask at all times.
- Client must wash hands immediately upon entering shop.
- Only one person will be allowed in the shop at one time.
What are the Covid-19 procedures?
- Preview the Covid-19 screening questionnaire below before arriving at the shop to ensure you will be eligible to enter the premises.
- When you arrive at the shop, you will need to call to gain entry as the door will be locked.
- Make sure you have a face mask on.
- On entering the premises, please wash your hands thoroughly.
- You will be given a copy of the questionnaire to fill out and certify with your signature.
- Your temperature will be taken.
- If everything is in order, your tattooing session will begin.
IMPORTANT!
If for any reason you think you may have been exposed to Covid-19, please call to reschedule the appointment so that you do not lose your deposit.
Please make sure you are eligible to enter the premises BEFORE you arrive for your session (see questionnaire below). Once you arrive at the shop, if it is determined that you may have been exposed to the Covid-19 virus, access to the shop will be denied and YOUR DEPOSIT AND TIME WILL BE FORFEITED.
